As the head of the Kharkiv Military Administration, Oleg Synegubov stated in a TV marathon on 15 April 2025, up to 25 people are evacuated daily from frontline communities in the Kupyansk, Borova, and Velykoburluk directions. While many have already been evacuated, there are still some left.
