Russia US ProbeIn this image taken from video on Sunday, Feb. 18, 2018, Marat Mindiyarov, a former internet troll, speaks to journalists in St.Petersburg, Russia. While Russian officials have denigrated a U.S. indictment charging 13 Russians with meddling in the 2016 U.S. presidential vote through an elaborate social media campaign, former Internet trolls employed at the same facility see them as well-grounded. Mindiyarov, a former commentator at the Internet Research Agency, said his own experience at the “troll factory” makes him trust the U.S. charges. 'I believe that that's how it was and that it were them,' he told The Associated Press. .(AP Photo/Mstyslav Chernov)

SYRIA PHOTO SET ALEPPO CAT SANCTUARYepa06543662 Kindergarten children play with cats at 'Ernesto's House' cat sanctuary in Aleppo, Syria, 12 February 2018 (issued 19 February 2018). Syrian paramedic Mohammad Alaa Aljaleel says he began caring for cats in eastern Aleppo after the civil war began in 2013. When the war became more intense he had to move to countryside west of Aleppo, where he opened a sanctuary for cats. When he first opened the sanctuary, called 'Ernesto's House' after his first cat, there were some 25 cats which he brought with him to western Aleppo. As more people started to flee the area they drop their cats off, bringing the number of cats at the sanctuary to over 100. Alaa keeps photos and videos of the cats and send them to their previous owners. He is also supporting a kindergarten and clinic and used to bring children to the sanctuary to play with the cats.
