According to Bryansk region governor, Alexander Bogomaz, at least seven people died in the incident, with dozens more wounded. Criminal cases on the blowing up of bridges in the Bryansk and Kursk regions are being investigated under the article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation on terrorist acts, reported the official representative of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation (ICR) Svetlana Petrenko.
