Malaria has emerged as the most prevalent, with 265,021 cases, while dengue and chikungunya have reported 2,179 cases and 189 cases, respectively. Hyderabad is the most affected region. Experts warn that these figures likely underestimate the true scale of the outbreak due to gaps in surveillance and inadequate healthcare funding.
