About 8,000 Kursk region residents, including more than 2,200 children, are staying at the temporary accommodation centers. Over the past day, 57 tonnes of humanitarian aid were delivered to the region through the Emergency Situations Ministry, bringing the total to more than 900 tonnes of cargo. The humanitarian storage facility of the People's Front is working round the clock. Today, its storage has received 407 tonnes of various goods, including foodstuffs, hygiene products, and household chemicals. Over 20,000 humanitarian kits have been handed over to various municipalities throughout the region, acting region governor Alexei Smirnov said.
