The Investigative Committee of Russia said that one of the sections of the Crimean bridge was damaged in the night of 16 to 17 July. Two civilians, a man and a woman, were killed while driving a car across the bridge; their minor daughter was injured in the incident, the statement added. Russia has blamed 'special services of Ukraine' for the 'attack', and said it launched a criminal investigation into the incident.
