Cuba and Russia endorsed the will for Moscow to increase its financial and business presence on the island with facilities that range from the exemption of tariffs, land concessions for 30 years and linking their banking systems. These commitments were made public in the Cuban capital after the closing of the bilateral business economic forum, in which more than 150 representatives of the private sector from Russia and Cuba were present.
