Hoekstra announced that the Dutch Consulate General in Saint Petersburg will temporarily close, and in addition Russia must close the doors of its trade office in Amsterdam and a number of Russian diplomats must also leave the Netherlands. The cabinet has decided that there should not be more Russian diplomats in the Netherlands than Dutch diplomats in Russia. The consequence of this decision is that a number of Russian diplomats will have to leave and they will be given two weeks to do so. EPA/EVERT ELZINGA
