'This, in no way, means that there is no epidemic,' Minister Adam Niedzielski told reporters on 06 May. 'It is just like turning off a red light, which has been on for two years, and turning on a yellow one, which is a sign of a risk and a threat, but which also shows that the situation has been going in a desired direction,' Niedzielski said.
