Inspector General of Police (IGP) Kashmir Vijay Kumar on 16 November said that four people including a foreign militant, his local associate, an Over Ground Worker (OGW) and a building owner were killed in a gunfight in Hyderpora area of Srinagar on the evening of 15 November 2021.
