Chuang, operating and owned a tea store whilst being a tea master has never been a usual practice in Taiwan as many find it challenging to cope in this age of market orientation. But Chuang, a Taiwanese lady starting off her professional as a fine-arts artist, has chosen to be exceptional to the norm, as she found that doing tea may be much inspiring and compelling than doing fine-arts. âI want to connect nature to the people through the ways of doing teaâ, said Chuang.
