epa08794870 A picture taken by drone shows an aerial view of the empty streets in the centre of Thessaloniki, northern Greece, 03 November 2020, due to a local lockdown imposed in the regions of Thessaloniki and Serres city starting from 06:00 this morning and lasting for two weeks, while the coronavirus cases are showing exponential growth. The latest measures include among others a night-time curfew on movement, the closure of restaurants and bars and the suspension of flights to and from Thessaloniki for a two-week period.
