epa07490569 Central Election Commission (CEC) members vote during the CEC sitting to announce the official results of the first round of the country's presidential elections, in Kiev, Ukraine, 07 April 2019. The CEC has processed 100 percent of the protocols of precinct election commissions in the first round of presidential elections held on 31 March 2019. Showman Volodymyr Zelensky remains a frontrunner with 30.24 percent of votes and incumbent president Petro Poroshenko is a runner-up with 15.95 percent of votes.
