epa07248836 Filipino workers repair electric cables ahead of an impending typhoon in Paranaque city, south of Manila, Philippines, 26 December 2018. According to state-run weather bureau the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), a typhoon with a local name 'Usman' will hit land in the next hours. The typhoon was spotted 775 kilometres east of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur, with maximum winds of 55 kilometres per hour, and gusts of up to 65 kilometres per hour.
