At least 10 people, including nine members of two families, have died as a result of floods as heavy rains and bad weather that affected the area near the Sicilian capital of Palermo. According to reports, divers retrieved on 04 November, the bodies of nine people - belonging to members of two families, who gathered at the house to spend the evening together - including father, mother, three children (aged one, three and 15) and grand-parents, who were killed by flood water and mud after the river Milicia overflowed a few hundred meters ahead.
