About 30 people were still trapped in a building buried by a landslide in Natonin where Typhoon Yutu hit on 30 October. More than 10,000 people were evacuated from their homes in different provinces of Luzon island, in the north of the country, where Typhoon Yutu crossed the country with sustained winds of 140 kilometers per hour and gusts that reached 230 kph.
