epa09814908 A Sri Lankan money changer holds a stack of US dollars on one hand and Sri Lankan Rupees on the other, at a private exchange centre in Colombo, Sri Lanka, 10 March 2022. First time in the history Sri Lankan Rupee marked 260 value against the US dollar on 10 March. The islandâs Central Bank the day before announced a flexible rate at 230 rupees per US Dollar in the local market, expecting a dollar to be transacted at that rate.
