Fernandez warned this Saturday of the 'risk of the second wave' of coronavirus in Latin America, as is happening in some European countries, and highlighted the importance of finding an effective vaccine. During his speech he mentioned that 'Argentina has worked on time with absolutely all vaccine suppliers, with North American laboratories, with the University of Oxford', and sent a 'special thanks' to Russian President Vladimir Putin, with whom he held talks for the diffusion in the South American country of the Sputnik V vaccine.
