The satiety on the part of Mexican feminist groups on International Women's Day is becoming more evident every day after around two years in which the struggle became more effervescent and the data on feminicidal violence more alarming with more than ten women nearly 1,000 gender-based crimes per day in 2020. JAPAN PHOTO SET SEAWALLS EARTHQUAKE TSUNAMI ANNIVERSARYepa09061948 A 15-meter-high seawall is constructed at Taro district devastated by the 2011 tsunami and earthquake, in Miyako, Iwate prefecture, northern Japan, 22 February 2021 (issued 08 March 2021). The Taro district (population of 4,434, in 2017) was protected by a 10m-high seawall, which was once called 'The Great Wall,' and was famous for it. However, the 2011 tsunami following the Great East Japan Earthquake overcame and destroyed it, killing 181 residents. Several people are still missing. Seawalls with a total distance of 395 km are now being built on the Pacific coastline of the Tohoku region. At the highest point, the height is 15.5 m. In the Taro area, the construction of a seawall with a height of 14.7 m is underway. \r\nOn 22 February 2021, Hiroshi Kato, a 59-year-old fisherman, who had been holding a Shinto purification ritual for his new boat before launching, spoke to the photographer after praying at the port. 'Today, I asked the priest to purify my new boat that I will start using tomorrow. My wife, parents, and relatives came.' \r\nWhen asked what the fishermen think of this high seawall, Kato said, 'It's so high that I can't see the sea from my house. It's inconvenient for fishermen to not see the sea from home. Look at the waves and the wind and decide what to do today. But it's the beginning of a fisherman's day. Even though it is 15 meters high (seawall), a tsunami that exceeds this may come. The 11 March 2011 tsunami overcame and broke a ten-meter-high seawall (known as 'the Great Wall'). When the tsunami comes, all you have to do is escape to higher ground. Even at that time, those who were close to the sea immediately fled to the hills. Both myself and my family. I heard that many people lived a little higher than 5-6 meters to 10 meters and were late to escape because they wouldn't come this far.' \r\nIn the Taro area, traces of the tsunami reached a height of 16.3 meters. On 13 February 2021, a strong earthquake hit northern Japan. Kato said that
