As the conflict in Syria enters 9th year, UNICEF is launching its first ever children songs album, featuring children from Syria and neighboring countries, including rearranged old songs from 1976. According to the UNICEF, 1,106 children were killed in 2018 in the fighting, the highest ever number of children killed in a single year since the start of the war.
