BUCURESTI - SENAT - DEZBATERE PUBLICA 'DROGURI. TOLERANTA ZERO'
Dezbatere publica intitulata 'Droguri. Toleranta zero', organizata de initiatorii propunerii legislative 'Fara droguri la volan', care prevede modificarea Legii nr.286/2009 privind Codul penal, in sensul incriminarii, in conformitate cu standardele din statele Uniunii Europene, a consumului de substante cu efecte psihoactive, inaintea conducerii vehiculelor pe drumurile publice.
